I have been a qualified counsellor since 2013.
My aim is to help you establish the core challenges that set you back in life helping you to overcome these obstacles with Confidence and positivity. I do this by creating a personalised plan.
I am trained in various models such as person centred, psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) together we will find the best one for you.
I am registered with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work to their code of ethics.
I have experience in drug and alcohol addiction and Student counselling.

Face Life’s Challenges
Life will throw at us many different scenarios, some we can’t understand or comprehend, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to them. With my counselling sessions, you’ll learn about implementing strategies into your everyday life to make life’s situations easier to face no matter what is thrown your way.
The sessions last for 50 mins each and it is recommended that the sessions be weekly keeping to the same day and time.
I offer a free initial consultation which lasts between 15-20 mins this will be conducted over the phone. it is advised that for therapy to be effective you should do a minimum of 6 sessions.
Guidance & Harmony
Mediation is a process for resolving disputes, these disputes can be between families, communities or work based. I will assist the parties involved in reaching a mutually satisfactory settlement.
A mediation session involves a discussion of the dispute by the parties involved. The session will normally be attended only by myself and the parties involved.
My role as a mediator is to assist the parties in their negotiations by identifying obstacles to reaching a settlement and developing strategies for overcoming them.
I allow the parties to make their own decisions based on a realistic analysis of their case.
I offer a free initial consultation with each party involved, which lasts between 15-20 mins this will be conducted over the phone.
Mediation sessions normally last between 1-2 hours.
